My classes are meant for anyone who has the basic knowledge of music theory and notation, and who has compositional ideas that need expressing. The lesson content can range between preparatory lessons for University/Academy Composition study entrance exams to consulting with independent composers or postgraduates. You can sign for regular lessons (weekly, monthly) or take an individual lesson - I can tutor you in all stages of your compositional process, from sketching ideas and notation to strategies for rehearsing your music. - I am able to see value in compositions regardless of style and technique. Hi! I am a pianist and a piano teacher who started his teaching journey in 2016 at The Znojmo Music Institute in the Czech Republic, while being a student of Conservatory in Brno. I have experience with teaching all age cathegories and I am excited to become your piano tutor no matter if you start from the very beginning or you just want to improve your skills. The main goal of the lessons is developing a warm relationship with music and improving your skills while having fun with musicmaking. On-line lessons are also possible! About me: I am a classically trained pianist who is in the final stages of completing his Master's degree at The Sibelius Academy. I started my piano education at the age of 5. Throughout my studies, I have successfully participated in numerous international competitions and have performed in a multitude of countries worldwide, including the Czech Republic, Germany, Austria, Slovakia, Switzerland, Serbia, the Netherlands, Macedonia, Israel, Latvia, and others. These classes are designed for students with different knowledge of piano, from beginner to intermediate - advanced. Normally I use the Faber Piano Adventures method, useful for all ages and levels, but another method can be chosen depending on the learning style of each student. We start with pre-reading, introduction to the staff and reading of scores. You will learn in a fun and effective way how to read music. Also, comprehensively, you will learn about music theory and ear training. Additionally, you are free to propose songs of your liking, to learn them along with the method.
