Anything that is part of a fundamental understanding of music, e.g. music theory, solfège, rhythm and piano will be taught. For me it is very important that the lessons is specifically made for the students regarding content and length. If asked violin and ballett can be taught as well. In that way the necessary aspects of a well rounded musician can be built up.

I teach beginner, intermediate, and advanced violin and viola lessons to all ages. My lessons are customized for each student’s personality, learning style, and abilities. I put a strong emphasis on developing instrumental techniques and fundamentals. With a good foundation, students are more easily able to express themselves in an imaginative way. I challenge my students with high standards in a learning environment that is fun and engaging. I believe that students learn best when they feel challenged, but also successful and confident about themselves. I am a detail-oriented and rigorous teacher but I find balance through patience and kindness. I maintain a keen awareness of pacing, interests, and motivation so that my students never get bored.

I am a graduated music teacher with German degrees in music pedagogy, Artistic Studies (K.A.), and Historical Informed Practice. I shape my lessons in the most dynamic way, often accompanying the Piano. I also like to follow the musical taste of my students and I am qualified to give a well-grounded technical instrumental formation.

As a graduate violin teacher, I offer music lessons. I'm 26 years old, and have BA and MA degrees in performing, MA degree in music education and I'm currently studying Historical Performance in the Royal Conservatory. I have experience in teaching different levels and age groups, from beginner children and grown-ups to advanced youngsters, aged 5-55. It's a nice thing to help people get closer to an instrument and music, and be part of others' achievements! For children it's very useful to learn music because of its transfer effects, and for adults, it's also a good way of recreation, quiet from workdays and so on. Hello and thank you for visiting this website! I'm an established, qualified, and experienced violin teacher who has worked in London for the last 26 years. I'm now back in Belgium for some new musical adventures, as well as to meet new students. I welcome students from the age of four to adults. I have a real passion for transmitting my love of music, and I like to have a creative, playful and holistic approach to teaching. I also play the piano and often use it for aural training or to accompany my students (or do violin duets). I do believe that music is not just for competitions or exams but a skill for life that can bring tremendous joy, discoveries, friends and fun along the way. Learning an instrument is also a great way to foster different qualities such as patience, diligence, presence, resilience, deep listening and the ability to express and share our emotions with others. Having explored many different violin methods and styles, I take a different approach according to each student. I like to teach a solid classical technique with some scales, studies and pieces, but there are many different ways to make music enjoyable or find other paths depending on the student's goal. Although I was trained classically in Belgian Conservatoires and the Guildhall School of Music, I do like to teach a variety of music that is not just classical (Celtic, world, klezmer, jazz, tango, film music, pop...). I often encourage my students to compose or improvise freely. In the last two decades, I have led many youth orchestras and violin workshops and worked for many different primary and secondary schools in England. Hi! I'm Patricia, a passionate violinist originally from Spain. I have a strong background and experience to give the perfect mix of knowledge and excitement to my teaching. I've taught in both schools and music academies, working with students of all ages. Whether it's kids or adults, I aim to make learning enjoyable and supportive. I also love all kinds of music! Although my studies are mainly classical, I can teach any style depending on the student's needs and preferences. I currently dedicate myself to perform concerts with my string quartet. My goal is to make people of all ages and levels learn not only playing an instrument but how can music help them in their everyday life. I am an Albanian violinist, with a Bachelor degree in Classical Music (Violin) and Musicologie in Sorbonne University. Over the years, my experiences with different youth and professional orchestras all around Europe have made me understand that music is important not only for professional musicians but also for everyone. I can teach in English or French and of course in my mother tongue Albanian.

I am a professional violinist. I graduated with distinction at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels (Master) and hold a Bachelor Diploma from Codarts (Rotterdam). I also pursued a masters degree in Music Education at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels. I teach students of all ages and levels. I have thirteen years of teaching experience in the Netherlands and in Belgium ( privately and at music schools/muziekacademies). In my lessons I help the students to find a good contact with the instrument and cultivate a positive relationship with music by integrating the development of aural skills, sense of rhythm and an optimal body use, enabling them to connect with their musical imagination. The lessons are adapted to each student's needs and wishes.
