Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience in live performances and studio sessions working with various artists and bands. For over a decade, I have served as a music theory and guitar teacher and tutor in esteemed music schools and in private, helping students of all ages and skill levels. My teaching success is evident in the remarkable achievements of my students, as I have guided them towards scholarships and degrees with exceptional outcomes. As a solo artist, my primary focus is on guitar techniques, improvisation, composition in Rock, Metal, indie ambient soundscapes, funky, and Jazz styles, as well as acoustic folk, bluegrass, fingerstyle and manouche. The structure of the lesson is based on the pupil’s preference in music style, instrument combinations and others. We will talk about the harmony, rhythm and form while the pupil will be asked to create his/her own short works/songs. I always find fascinating to analyze music of the past (for example some of your favorite songs, instrumental works and others) in order to gain a deeper understanding of how these were created and from what musical ingredients they consist. Furthermore, integral part of this course is the understanding of the possibilities of each instrument and the combination of more than one. In this course, you can also learn how to use music notation softwares such as Finale and Musescore in order to notate your own music easily and fast.

For many people improvisation is a scary word and having to improvise in a group or band is an alarming prospect. However, this really does not need to be the case. As long as you have a basic knowledge of how to play your instrument you will be able to improvise. Once you know the principle of how chords are formed you will soon be improvising with ease. If you play a keyboard instrument you will be able to improvise your own pieces and be able to entertain your friends at a moments notice. On the other hand if you play in a band or a group you will be well equipped to do a real 'jam' session. Whether you play a single line instrument (flute, saxophone, trumpet, violin etc.) or keyboard instruments, this class is for you.

Folk or classical acoustic guitar. The teaching philosophy is adapted to the level of each individual, according to the pace of work and motivation. For example, for beginners: Technique of the plectrum or fingers, coordination and correction of the right and left hand.
