My name is Janka and I study flute at the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz. I offer flute lessons for beginners and advanced players of all ages, whether performance-oriented or relaxed. I always base my lessons on the development, needs and wishes of my students, because the individuality of my students is particularly important to me. Of course, the fun and joy of making music are always the main focus. I make it a point to teach you a clean playing technique right from the start. Together we will find the right form of teaching. Clarinet is a wonderful wind instrument that has a clear and warm sound and can play music of various genres. It sounds great in classical music, jazz, pop, folk music and many many others. What can I offer on my lessons for the beginners: - Basics of the clarinet embouchure and breathing; - Forming of the sound; - Musical theory knowledge which is needed to read the music; - Easy and enjoyable repertoire. - Tips for choosing the instrument and the setup (Mouthpiece, reeds) That’s really important! - A lot of joy :) And also for the intermediate students: - Help with any piece of clarinet repertoire. - Further improvement of performing skills (exercises, studies, sight-reading etc..) I recently completed my studies in transverse flute at the Benedetto Marcello Conservatory of Music in Venice. I will move to Graz for a further master's degree and am available for lessons in music theory and practice. Being very sociable and positive, it comes naturally to me to convey the passion that music can express. I am available for lessons for children and young people of all ages.

Hey, my name is Artur. I am saxophone player and teacher. I finished recently Jazz Institut Berlin (University of Arts in Berlin). I would like to share my experience in saxophone playing for all kind of levels. I have a lot of experience in music. I am playing around 200 concerts a year. I am ready to share my experience with you. My lessons are always fun and full of joy :)

I have played the flute for more than 20 years, and have been teaching since 2011. I offer flute lessons to children aged 8 and up, and adults at all levels from beginners to post Grade 8. I also teach recorder to younger beginners- I find this is a good stepping stone for younger children as it's more comfortable for smaller beginners to hold, and easier to make a sound on. Learn to pass exams or just for fun- many of my students achieve highly in ABRSM and Trinity grades, but some prefer not to take exams and this is fine too. Whatever your level, one to one tuition means that I can tailor my teaching to your needs as a flute player, and my teaching takes into account the reasons you learn an instrument, encompassing a wide variety of repertoire. I also teach music theory- lots of students come to me to help prepare for Grade 5 theory, and I also teach higher theory grades.
