Contract management is ensuring that the agreements laid down in a contract are actually fulfilled. Both the performance and obligations of the supplier are relevant as well as the performance and obligations of the own organization. Poor purchasing contracts or poorly maintained contracts can cause confusion, friction and 'hassle'. Contracts are also sometimes too comprehensive or incomplete. By managing and administering your purchasing contracts in a structured way, you can ensure that the risks surrounding contracts are minimized and that the contracts are used properly. This not only saves time and money, but also generally ensures better relationships with your supplier. I can teach you how to create that structure, organize good tenders, conclude good contracts and manage your contracts better.

Sometimes pupils or students find it difficult to be structured about school, or to focus on learning goals. As a personal trainer I help with that. I help with creating structure, setting (realistic) goals. I also help to make a good planning, and to prepare for, for example, tests, exams or presentations. The responsibility always lies with you when it comes to effort. But sometimes working together and thinking together helps to stay focused and motivated. With a psychology degree, a variety of courses after my education, 25 years of serious work experience (controlling, purchasing, strategic advice, administration, HR), guidance of students/interns and experience with education for adults, I am broadly oriented. I am analytical and like a pragmatic approach. I have experience with high sensitivity. Microsoft excel lessons for beginners and intermediates. I will take you from the start in learning excel. Whether or not using your own examples or projects. I teach you things like working with formulas, formatting, graphs, pivot tables, data logic, data editing. Support with your Excel assignment or project is also possible.

Sometimes you get stuck. Sometimes life choices and 'crossroads' are difficult. Sometimes you just don't know. Sometimes you're looking for someone to think critically with (or to think against...) Whether it is at work, in your life, relationship, social life, etc. Anyone can get 'stuck'. As a personal coach I teach and/or help you to come out of it better, to deal with it, to learn. Because every setback can also bring you something that you can use. That is what I want to teach you, discover together with you. I can help you structure what you are doing, set (realistic) goals for life and work. I also help you learn to prepare for difficult conversations, for example. But first and foremost, I listen to you. With reflection questions, I may already put you on a track that leads somewhere. I teach you how to discover what you really want. I do this by asking further questions (sometimes with uncomfortable questions) and by giving you exercises so that you can get started yourself. The responsibility of course always lies with you when it comes to making choices, or with regard to what you want to get out of a trajectory. But sometimes brainstorming and thinking together just helps better (in your learning process).
