Spanish teacher with Bachelor in Piano, Bachelor in Voice and Masters in Opera. I have more than 10 years of experience teaching all ages in private lessons and official schools. I have formation on Yamaha system for children. My way of teaching involves, in addition of technical and interpretation skills, the relation between all kinds of arts and periods. I have also official studies in theatre and literature. All piano classes, depending on the age and the interests of the students, are divided into technique, playing, improvisation, creative plays and some of basic composing knowledge. Voice classes involve all genres of music and we work in technique and ways of interpretation. Theatre and character creation, posture... are also trained. My recommendation for learning the Oud is to begin by studying musical notes and notation before delving into songs. While some students prefer to jump straight into playing songs, understanding the fundamentals of music notation accelerates progress in the long run. Dedication and hard work can yield significant progress within a year, enabling you to play simple tunes. However, if you lack a passion for music or the instrument itself, I advise against pursuing it. As a friendly and passionate teacher, I derive joy from witnessing my students' progress and enjoy playing duets with them. Hi, I am Thore. I’m a German Bachelors degree flute student at the Prins Claus Conservatorium in Groningen. During my studies here I could and still can gather a lot of knowledge about methodology and pedagogy and could already make a few teaching experiences. For me teaching means learning from each other. Thus the student of course gets insight to my knowledge about music and instrumental technique but I will also learn a lot from the student about the individual factors of flute playing and music making in general. In my lessons I focus a lot on breathing and posture because for me these two are the most influential factors to healthy and beautiful playing. I am also open to incorporating the students musical interests e.g. Disney- and Pop-songs. Lessons can be conducted in Dutch, English and German.
