Hello All ! My name is Mario. I am a pianist, composer, producer based in Bruxelles . I have a long experience as a Jazz pianist, keyboardist and arranger and I played in a lot of different bands . In the last ten years I spent a lot of time producing electronic music and I developed my solo and other projects as a mix of jazz, electronic and neoclassical music. I have a master degree in Live Electronics took a the Antwerp Conservatory. I decided to create this course where we can explore together the basics of music production using Ableton Live suite as a reference software. Hi! I am a Spanish composer and guitarist, graduated with a Master's degree in composition at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels. My main instrument and style is classical guitar, but I have also played electric guitar and piano for over ten years. I am a composer and music producer, using various software such as Ableton Live and Sibelius, as well as various hardware such as synths, pedals and other components. I’m a Music Producer with experience in sound design and composition for moving image. I have been using Ableton as my main daw for 12 years for electronic music production, ranging from pop and experimental music to studio recording sessions. 
In the last few years, I’ve been focusing on assisting producers and songwriters with developing and improving their live electronic performance workflow. I can also provide consultancy on this topic, whether you’re interested in performing or rearranging your material. This course is recommended for anyone who wants to discover the basics of Ableton Live or learn new music production techniques to extend their practice. MY MUSICAL PAST: After many trips abroad, training in jazz piano (Antwerp) and in "electronic music production" at the SAE (Brussels), I released my first EP in November 2017 entitled "Into The Star" which then allowed me to play on several Belgian stages including the Botanique last March. At the moment, I devote myself full time to my “artistic ambition”. My projects are mainly: check MEWHY (Spotify / YouTube / ....) METHODOLOGY: The objective of the training is that you are able to RELEASE A PROJECT ALONE (composition - arrangement - mix - mastering - diffusion) My method is characterized by a journey between two poles: objectivity and subjectivity. Objectivity: Giving through the sharing of my in-depth knowledge of the subject as well as an interesting perspective, allowing me to see the music industry as a whole. Subjectivity: Giving through the sharing of my artistic experiences and views on music and the elements that produce it. The desire to have students for several weeks allows me to know enough about them to advise them best in the paths they undertake. The courses will therefore be a balanced mix between: - Training in digital music / by computer (MAO / ...) - Training in acoustic music / by instruments (piano, guitar, voice, ...)
