About Me
Yoga changed my relationship with life and my body.After years of practice, I went to India to extend my theoretical and practical knowledge of yoga. Three months in India and getting my Yoga Teacher Certificate have given me a better understanding of my body. Another sense of alignment and connection to my inner strength. It also supported me throughout my first pregnancy and in bonding with my son. I feel it really changed my way of relating with myself and with others, in a more connected way.
Apart from Yoga I also practice regularly conscious dance (5 rhythms).
I am passionate about the connection between body-mind as a means of integration of emotions, personal growth and connection to life force.
Personalized classes are for me a way to be closer to my role as a teacher and be able to listen to the student. I love being creative with my sessions and bringing different themes depending on my students personalities and needs.

I practice different methods of Yoga in my daily life (mainly Hatha, Kundalini and Ashtanga).I have been teaching daily in the last 4 years and taught in 3 Yoga Studios in Belgium, currently at Shanti Home (Ixelles).
Apart from teaching yoga I have experience of:
- hosting Yoga Retreats in nature (2 organized in 2021)
- private life coaching sessions for women.
- facilitation of workshops for self development and connection with the body
- co-managing a community space to support connection with body (regular events of yoga and different forms of art and expression, organized with other teachers, including dance, theater, singing in addition to Yoga).
I enjoy working with both individuals and organizations. Before starting working as a Yoga Teacher I used to work with women's rights in Latin America, Africa and Europe. I love travelling and meeting other cultures!

Transcendental Embodiment (TE) is the result of three years of research and development. Merging from a movement philosophy research entitled Behind & Beyond, to its phenomenological understanding.
