Concertist and teacher, Johanna studied piano solo at the Hochschule für Musik in Berlin Hanns Eisler and now continues them as a Master at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels. A committed pedagogue, Johanna favors the expansion of the repertoires mastered by her students, and associates improvisation, harmony and knowledge of the context (historical and musical) to these courses. She has taught at the Franco-German Music School in Berlin and at the Conservatoire in Rouen and now holds a class at the Ecole de Piano de Rouen. Johanna pursues a career as a concert artist, she plays regularly in chamber music with her trio Hémisphères and as a soloist in various repertoires in France and Germany _Paris, Berlin, Rouen, Baden-Baden, Aix-en-Provence ... She plays in the Musique Dans la rue, Piano Demain, Jeune Talents, Piano Tremplin festivals, and received a special prize. Graduated from the Hanns Eisler School in Berlin. She was a pupil of Stephen Arnold and Konrad Maria Engel. She is also a student of Frédéric Aguessy, and has benefited from lessons given by Jean-Claude Pennetier, Ralph Gothoni, Cécile Hugonnard-Roche, Anne Queffelec, Philippe Entremont, Yovan Markovitch, Isabel Charisius and Hervé Nkaoua. Violinist from the Royal Conservatory of Brussels, and the IMEP of Namur, I give violin lessons at all levels, all ages, from 5 years old for children. With several years of experience in teaching the violin, my lessons are for everyone, whatever your desires. I adapt my method according to the wish as well as the age of the student, and starting an instrument as an adult should not be a brake. Graduated in Musicology from La Sorbonne as well as from the ULB, I also offer support courses in Musical Training, History of Music and Analysis. An instrument lesson usually lasts one hour. If necessary, I can cut the time between Violin and Musical Training / History. My rates are 29/hour at my home (Schaerbeek), 35 if I travel.

Fluent in English and Russian and Bulgarian, intermediate in Nederlands und Deutsch. I have been teaching for more than 15 years, privately, in Brussels, and in New York in the past, and probably more than 100 students. I am a graduate of Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussel, in baroque cello and harpsichord, but I play also modern cello and piano.
