And I can also push you to your limits with more intense methods, such as the challenge of 500 photos per week, which will allow you to learn very quickly.

Hey! I have been active as a light and video technician / operator for several years. This means that I am active in the events sector. The diversity of jobs is great: theater, corporate, TV shows, parties, festivals, concerts, ... I would like to share my knowledge and experience at the student level. Depending on the needs of the student, we work out a course about which you want to learn and plan our lesson (s) here. I am a Slovak professional freelance photographer and videographer based in Brussels. I specialize in event photography and in capturing human motion with more than 8 years of a professional career. In the beginning, I was a self-educated photographer, but in 2016 I graduated and got a BA degree in Photography from a University in the UK. I teach a hands-on class. We go through theory and directly apply it in practice. I live close to a large park, where we can find all kinds of subjects. From landscapes, portraits, abstracts, animals, night... My aim is to provide a good knowledge for photographers from pre-productions all the way through production and offer some post-production techniques/tips as well. There is a lot to learn! I believe in a constant education myself since the technology keeps on evolving. I use Nikon DLSR and SLR cameras but the same principals apply to any kind of DSLR, SLR, mirrorless cameras.

I am a young professional in the film industry, I have collaborated with multiple partners such as Vice, Sony, Unicef, WWF, but also many musicians, architects, non-profit companies and independent creators. I've completed a multiple amount of residencies in the framework of my own artistic practices, and could describe myself as a multidisciplinary artist. My work has been featured on several international magazines with a width of 700k monthly readers and I have enjoyed international exposure with my filmic work. 01. Getting started in photography doesn’t have to be challenging. I'll start with digital and analog camera basics and provide a thorough explanation on photography elementary concepts like Aperture, Shutter Speed and ISO. I will also provide a guide on Color Theory in photography and how to do Narrative photography. If possible, there will be practice classes on the field taking pictures around the city. If the person is interested, I will also teach the basics about analog photography (including how to handle an analog camera, the types of roles that exist and how the developing process works). I will use mainly videos and my own presentations but I can provide a range of additional materials if necessary.
