Knowledge of the objectives of the class sequences with a methodology broken down into the steps, theoretical and practical, will allow a more conscious execution in the long term, preventing short-term injuries. The importance of identifying body strengths and weaknesses individually, to program an exercise plan and overcome technical challenges in the development of a ballet class. Coordination, agility, resistance, stability, flexibility and proprioception will be objectives within reach during classes!
