I am studying artistic-pedagogical training (instrumental pedagogy profile) with a major in violoncello at the UdK. I have already been able to gain some teaching experience with learners of all ages and deal intensively with the methodology and didactics of playing the cello. My technical influences come from renowned cellists and teachers. In addition, I already have a bachelor's degree in fine arts, which is why I have a holistic view of aspects of the interpretation of music and improvisation.

His background in jazz improvisation, an interest in the space between strains of acoustic and electronic music, and attentiveness to composition acts as a connecting thread in his multiple artistic projects. Besides leading the critically acclaimed quartet Tether, Hayden also performs with his solo electroacoustic project, has worked as a touring musician for many years, and recorded on numerous albums. He also works as a sound designer for advertising, theater, and film. He holds a degree in jazz performance and composition and has been taught by some of the greatest living bass players in the world, including Drew Gress and Chris Lightcap.

Experienced teacher of Oud and oriental Arabic singing for over 11 years, I am Lebanese and currently residing in Germany. I studied for 8 years at the Lebanese National Conservatory. I taught at the Casa Beethoven Academy in Lebanon and gave private lessons. In addition, I was conductor of the Loubnan Assalam oriental orchestra for over 5 years. My recommendation for learning the Oud is to start with the study of notes and musical notation before tackling pieces. Although some students prefer to play songs directly, understanding the basics of musical notation allows for faster progress in the long run. Knowledge of solfège or music theory is not required, we can always discuss this in class if you wish, but that is certainly not mandatory ;) I have been playing the guitar since I was 9 years old and for several years now I have been playing in professional bands with which I have been able to play on sugar rock, for example.
