Learn Russian Language with a Professional Tutor (Native Russian Spaker)

Hi All, thank you for checking out my course. This class is open to students of all levels. Whether you are only starting to learn the wild-looking letters of the Cyrillic alphabet, or whether you are looking to practise your written and spoken Russian, I would be delighted to accompany you at any stage of your Russian-learning journey. For more advanced students, I would be happy to help you get to know one of the most defining aspects of the Russian language, namely its novels and poetry, which would be a great way to learn about the 'mysterious' Russian soul. I believe that studying in three different countries have allowed me to try out and assess various approaches to education in general and teaching languages in particular - from the rigourous Russian system based on ensuring that the students will obtain exceptional spelling, grammar, syntax and punctuation skills, to the more relaxed yet more critical and analytical Western approach, focused on problem-solving and independent work. You will get the benefit of a vast bank of techniques, methods and learning materials that I have developed and accumulated over the past year will be used in class to pique and maintain your interest. And since I was once a language student too, I would be able to share my personal tips and tricks with you to help you reach whatever goal you have set for yourself - be it being able to wow your friends and family by reciting a poem in the language of Dostoyevski, or impressing your future collegues with the thorough knowledge of Russian current affairs in their mother tongue!

Lessons are planned taking into account the students' specific interests and language level as decisive factors. It usually takes three lessons to test different methods and find out which one suits you best. Before COVID, bookings were only for face-to-face lessons. Because of the COVID pandemic, I have also organized online courses, which have been well received by several students. Whether online or offline, the lessons are particularly interesting for those who want to learn Russian culture, history and geography in addition to the language. When I notice mistakes, I make sure that they are corrected immediately or as quickly as possible. If you want to master specific areas of the language, such as colloquial language, I can definitely help you. Specific vocabulary I cover: Business, Law, Medicine, Military, Music, Chess, Shipbuilding, Seafaring, Security, Swear Words. If you are interested in studying history, this is a great way to not only improve your language skills but also deepen your historical knowledge. I offer detailed explanations on grammatical topics. Hi! I was born in Vietnam and raised in Russia that is why Russian is my first language. I have been tutoring for 3 years for children and adults. My Russian skills are higher than that of many others Russians, for example, I passed the Unified State Exam in Russia by 100/100 points. My English is at the B2-C1 level, I scored TOEFL for 90 and SAT for 1260, so there will be no problems with the language barrier. I will help you improve your vocabulary and grammar. If there are preferred topics, we can easily discuss them. I try to give interesting assignments at the classes in order to learn the material better. My goal is to make the student love my subject. I prefer fun online tools to teach. I aim to help my students improve their vocabulary, grammar, and communication skills in an enjoyable way through watching videos, reading articles and texts with different topics.
