Understanding the key elements of photography and camera operation can make all the difference between "just a photo" and a meaningful one. With an experience of 15 years working as a professional photojournalist, my goal is to pass forward my knowledge and enthusiasm. It takes no more than a few meetings to notice the improvements in your photography. Yoga is a combination of exercises, poses, controlled breathing techniques, visualization, and meditation sessions which are the keys to balance the physical and mental body. My name is Lucy and I'm a certificated 300 TTC Yoga teacher. Yoga appeared in my life 6 years ago and from that time my life is constantly changing for better and better. 2 years ago I went to India to study Traditional Hatha Yoga Pradipika with a Yoga World Champion Kadambari and dr. K. Ashutosh in Swami Krishnananda Vidyapeeth Ashram in Mysore. I can easily say it was not only a simple yoga TTC it was a personal transformation program. After all, I also did Hatha Flow, Artistic Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, and Menstrual Yoga courses with the same teacher - Kadambari. From that time I started to share my knowledge as a Yoga instructor. Yoga is not only a physical practice but it is a whole beautiful philosophy that should be widespread - that's why I'm here - to give you a tool - Asanas and Pranayamas to start or continue your yoga journey. As I already did mention before besides Hatha I also teach Artistic Yoga which is a dynamic terpsichorean form of practice. Is a combination of modern scientific techniques and ancient yoga. I always try to get an individual approach to each student considering his needs and level of advancement. I am a visual artist born in Barcelona, settled in Belgium since 2017. As an artist I have accumulated experience for the last 25 years. I am graduated with an Academic Bachelor in Fine Arts in the University of Barcelona and graduated as a Master in Visual Arts at Sint Lucas School of Arts in Antwerpen. I am specialised in painting, drawing, experimental films, installations, language, sound and curating. In other words, I am a multidisciplinary artist. I understand the artistic practice as a way to understand ourselves and the situations which surrounds us. In my classes I don't teach how to do Art, but as how to say something through your artistic work. With me you can work independently, with a coach who will challenge you with some assignments and giving feedback to your personal concerns. In addition, you will learn how to work with several mediums, preparing your own material: paintings, canvases, and so on. You will not only receive individual coaching but as encourage you to look other artists or take into account other references connected with your concerns. Finding, discussing and retaking solutions together are the core of my classes.

Egg tempera is one of the most ancient historical art painting technique. It preserved as a main technique to paint orthodox religious icons. It is possible to learn it and paint your own icon. I have 9 years of practice teaching people how to do it. We work together step by step to understand the technique, the way to prepare wooden panel to paint an icon and the techniques of making a good project to make the icon fit to the board. We also learn how to make gold leaf layer on the nimbs. Your icon will be a real, crafted icon.

A bit about myself: I graduated from the Kazan Music College (Opera Singer and Teacher, 2015-2019), and with honors from the Kazan Conservatory (2019-2023) in the Musical Theatre department. I was a soloist at the opera studio of the conservatory and am actively engaged in concert performances. My teaching experience includes working with children and teenagers at the Academy of Laughter, as well as private lessons for adults. I also coach dramatic theater actors in singing. Colorimetry is a fundamental tool to begin to understand the behavior of colors, where they come from, and how to obtain them. We will see the color wheel, primary and secondary colors, and how to apply them to create different types of palettes. In turn, we will see the triads of colors to generate cold and warm palettes, and you will experience first-hand how to create those colors. We will also have a brief part of research into pigments (the source of color) and works of art throughout history, to see the use of different painting techniques. Since we are going to focus in our classes on color theory, it is not strictly necessary that you know how to draw or paint, or that you have knowledge of perspective or others. This course is designed to complement your knowledge of art and improve your ability to choose the colors and palette you want to work with. As a bonus, this course will also help you apply your knowledge when applying makeup or applying makeup, since if it is something that interests you, let me know and we will incorporate it into the course. We will see how to apply colors according to the person's eye color and skin tones.
