My singing lessons will aim to develop your vocal skills across a variety of styles, including Soul, RnB, Blues, Jazz, Rock and Pop. Every session begins with compulsory vocal warm-ups, focusing on breath control, vocal exercises, and technique. These foundational practices help strengthen your voice and prepare you for the songs we will work on during the lesson. In each class, you will choose a song you'd like to learn, and I will suggest a second song to complement your skill development. We will work on a maximum of two songs per session, focusing on technique, expression, and interpretation to help you refine your unique sound. Whether you're a beginner or experienced vocalist, my lessons are tailored to enhance your vocal abilities and confidence in performance.

I offer piano lessons for all levels. 7 years of teaching experience in conservatories, music schools and in business. I have a very good contact with children. I am demanding but gentle and very patient. I believe that one learns by listening, I am present to allow this listening to be at the center of the course and thus accompany the student on the path of music. I adapt to the need, the desire and the receptivity of each one. The well-being of the student is essential for progress in confidence and joy. The development of listening to the inner song is at the heart of my teaching. For beginners: songs, games, improvisation, creation. The links with song and rhythm are very important to have a healthy foundation. The musical notions are approached gradually by experience then by recognition. Reading and writing are brought about by creation and musical composition. For the more experienced, polyphony and difficult passages can be approached with different tools, by awareness of harmony and melodic modes and polyrhythm. Sometimes it is enough to be aware of simplicity to overcome difficult passages. I push to go further in the quality of the interpretation with simple means to better understand the music and thus allow more expressiveness and freedom. I also offer improvisation, harmony, lessons in musical ensembles, especially vocal polyphony for children, and lessons for specific needs, for example just intonation for singers or other instruments.

My lessons will not only push you to play to the best of your abilities but will encourage you to really enjoy playing a musical instrument. I offer trombone lessons to an extremely high standard, and Piano lessons to a relatively high standard. With a bachelor’s degree with honours in Music, I am a trained musician who can teach at a professional level.

I specialise in teaching rap skills and lyric writing. If you enjoy rap music and would like to learn how to improve your technique then I am here to help you! I have many years of experience teaching, performing and recording my own music. I sing, rap, write lyrics and have performed with a band in the past. I can cover different styles including Hip Hop and Grime. We will also cover lyric writing where I can help you with your flows and technique to create your own original material. Music has always been a huge part of my life and I would be thrilled to pass on my knowledge. I studied music at university and have Grade 8 in both piano and vocals, but I have also performed in many different venues across the UK. I have helped previous students with stage-fright and anxiety with performing as well as aiding them learn their favourite songs on piano - and singing along at the same time. I can teach in many different piano styles from popular music to classical and I can also teach music theory. I have a deep passion for traditional, holistic yogic practises and I understand that large classes can be overwhelming. I have found that Yoga is very individual, and with gentle 1:1 guidance, has lots room for personal growth. I can teach poses, breathing techniques and meditation to help us feel the best we can.
