Over my 10 years of teaching experience both privately and through NYC music schools, I have developed a variety of effective and individualized teaching tools that I continually refine. My students range in age from 5-70 years and sing music in a variety of styles including classical, musical theater, pop, and more. I have helped hundreds of singers reach their personal goals which have ranged from matching pitch to winning competitions, getting the leading role in a show or putting together a solo recital to confidently performing at karaoke and achieving their personal best. About me: Singing and teaching are two of my greatest passions. Well-versed in many vocal genres, I have performed in operas, recitals, musicals, choirs, and competitions internationally including the United States, Europe, and the Middle East. I have a Master of Music in classical vocal performance from the Mannes School of Music and a Bachelor of Music from the University of Michigan. I have studied dance, piano, and Alexander Technique in addition to vocal pedagogy. Inspired by my own incredible teachers, I have always been fascinated with how the voice works and bring positivity, patience, and passion to my teaching.
