Сlasses help both physically and psychologically rejuvenate, your body will become flexible, has a positive effect on metabolism, thereby helping the body to get rid of extra pounds, strengthens the back, helps to fight stress, sometimes it can be an excellent pain reliever, improves mood. With my classes I want to pass on the basics of yoga (breathing and right positions) to the people. With my experiences I want to that you guys take over the positive energy from myself and from each others, present in these relaxed, dynamic or whatever mood we have in these classes.
