“Language is the expression of ideas by means of speech-sounds combined into words. Words are combined into sentences, this combination answering to that of ideas into thoughts.” - Henry Sweet. I'm a master degree student in the major of computer science, I provide general English lessons for beginners and intermediate levels, tailored to your needs. Our journey will concentrate on practicing and getting you to normalize and be familiar with the language so it can then be communicated through everyday routines. Framework of learning path: * Assessment of Language knowledge: First things first, we sit down and talk about the level of knowledge now and desired, assessment of skills, defining specific goals, reviewing assessment. * Planning and scheduling of your path: We’ll establish a consistent schedule that works for both of us, discussing, planning, deciding, reviewing, blueprint. * Core Skills Practice & Development: • Listening: One of the most important skills is knowing what has been said and comprehend it well enough. • Vocabulary Expansion: Building a robust vocabulary is essential. • Grammar Mastery: Rules, systems, and focus on how a sentence is structured. • Reading Comprehension: understanding what has been written is necessary. • Speaking Fluency: is an integral part of our day-to-day interactions. • Writing Practice: Writing is a vital skill in our life and career • Communication Skills: I believe that a language is more than a course and be done with it. A language is how individuals of societies communicate with people around the world since the beginning of time and throughout the development of human kind. *Progress and Success metrics: Here we believe “step by step does it best” Periodically, we’ll assess the progress through interactive activities, quizzes, worksheets, rewards. We'll walk a step by step towards the desired goal. Thank you choosing me and hope we'll have an enjoyable learning class.

We will start from the texts and themes of the program in question (high school program or courses taken at the university). From there, it will be a question of developing a deep and conceptually rigorous reading capacity of the text. This work will be done together between the student and the professor, trying to identify the key points through dialogue - issues, thesis, argumentative path, etc. - the author in question. Following this, it is essential to move on to personal work where the student will be confronted with the writing and production of a philosophical thought. This precise exercise will obviously depend on the time that the student will want to invest in the course as well as his strengths and what he needs to improve. It will therefore be a question of writing short introductions of text or essay commentary, short dialogues, detailed plans, short essays, etc. I am in fact convinced that philosophy, like any other skill, is also and above all learned through concrete practice and confrontation with specific exercises. I hope that through this methodology we will reach the precise objectives that the student sets out for himself, by means of a living philosophy and active teaching. The method is obviously open to change, which means that the main driving force of the whole course will be the dialogue and continuous exchange between the student and the teacher. Only in this way, I hope, we really learn to philosophize and we can therefore understand what philosophy is about.
