Serdar - AbidjanC$32
Trusted teacher: Hello everyone, my name is SERDAR. I am originally Kurdish but I was born in Turkey and grew up there. I work in a construction company in zone 4, Abidjan and I want to teach the Turkish language for the volunteers. What are the reasons for learning Turkish? Whether for personal or professional reasons, learning Turkish can help. This language is not the most taught but has a particular musicality and history. Indeed, straddling Europe and Asia, it has been a hub of world culture since Antiquity. In a constant in-between, this vast territory contains many treasures. Turkey also abounds in superb regions of which Anatolia is the main symbol. In addition, Turkish is a language with a very special history. Did you know that Turkish is spoken by millions of people around the world? Even if the country which saw the birth of this language is its main home, this language has undergone multiple transformations. Thus, in the former USSR, speaking Turkish was not uncommon: almost 48 million people practiced it! Today, there are many Turkish speakers in Bulgaria, but also in Greece, Bosnia and Herzegovina or in the north of the island of Cyprus. Turkey is also one of Europe's main economic and trading partners, importing and exporting tons of food and manufactured goods each year. Speaking Turkish is therefore an important advantage in the current economic and geopolitical context. You will thus be able to offer your language skills to employers in fields as varied as commerce, economics, industry, IT ...

Rethink your offer! – Innovate, rethink your products and services by keeping in mind what your customers need, not what you want to sell to them. – Retarget your products to address a more restricted niche but which will recognize its needs more through this new offer. Make sure your customers don't forget you! – Tell a story about your company and its products for better memorization and to make your relationship more personal. – Send a physical postcard to best customers for your greetings, with a special promotion and information about your new products – Offer hyper-limited offers in time, prospects are overwhelmed which means that if you do not immediately encourage them to action you have every chance of losing them. – Treat your new customers like stars: roll out the red carpet (call from a sales representative, loyalty chain by email, satisfaction survey, etc.), call them by name in your communications, keep a history of all exchanges made, memorize their preferences and their needs to prevent them from giving the same information over and over again (loyalty card, link to their account in your emails, etc.), give them VIP gifts (VIP access to events, previews, etc.) ... After this training (which basically takes 3 months), you will be able to retain your customers and build a solid customer base. You will then see your turnover grow day after day.

Raef
I found Dr. Ralf to be a wonderful Teacher. The things that he taught me through online helped me a great deal in this class as well as in statistic level. Because of the help and attention that He provided me with, I understand and enjoy Statistics. The class was great in that he didn’t just give the answers away – he made me THINK. This was sort of frustrating, but it helped me understand the material much better. I would recommend him as a Teacher for future classes, without a doubt.

Rayen Ranim
Rayen made an effort to contact me prior to the lesson to determine my level and inquire what I wished to focus on. She also called at the agreed upon time. These may seem like minor details, but not all teachers do these. She had appropriate level material ready to share and go over for the lesson. She made corrections as needed and readings were repeated as necessary. My only suggestion would be that she speak a bit more slowly. but this is a matter of individual taste.
