Thereby, the instrument becomes a tool to understand what making music really means and will be a way for the student to express his emotions. My approach to the lessons can provide a lot of creativity, fun and originality. How will my lessons look like From the first lesson, the student will start making music. We will begin learning the basic concepts of music, developing listening and rhythmic skills with fun exercises. Lessons will also be focused on learning the basics of music theory, creating a solid technical base and paying special attention to having a relaxed and healthy body posture. My academic and professional experience has helped me create a teaching method where improvisation is an essential tool for the student. I enjoy working on it from the beginning since it is a perfect way to develop musicality. Playing different music genres together As a musician, another of my sources of inspiration is to get to know and to learn from different styles, playing and experimenting with music from the classical period until the most avant-garde style. During the lessons, we will play pop, jazz, classical and many other styles. I would like to explore the instrument with the student in a fun way, growing, improving, and discovering new ways of making music together. During the lessons the students and I could play together, either playing some duos with the cello or accompanying them with the piano, which is an activity that I really enjoy. Playing together with more people and with a polyphonic instrument from the beginning will give the student clues to learn how to play in ensembles and listen to all the different voices that can be part of any musical composition.

With 17 years of teaching experience, I have guided students of all levels—from beginners to aspiring professionals. Some of my students have been accepted into prestigious music colleges with full scholarships, while others have passed their piano and singing exams with distinction. I understand that not every student enjoys music lessons at first, and I take the time to communicate with both students and parents to find the best approach for each individual. I was born in a musical family; both of my parents being opera singers and my sister a violinist. When I was 8 years old, my family moved to Budapest, Hungary, where I started to have lessons privately with professors at the Franz Liszt Academy of Music. In High-School, I enrolled at the Bartok Conservatory of Music in Budapest. I was awarded the Bachelors as well as the Master's Degree at the Franz Liszt Academy and have graduated with the Highest Honors in Piano Performance. I would like to share and teach what took me many years to learn in just a few months. I know that there are those who have and had difficulties like me learning the piano and feeling stuck or non-progressive, or not being able to improve. I have solutions to those problems. A first lesson always starts with a short conversation about what the expectations are that the student has and what he or she would like to be able to do at the end of the lesson or series of lessons. I like working with chords and improvising. Over the years I have developed my way of playing almost all the music you hear on the radio at different levels relatively quickly, after some practice. If you also want to be able to do this, I can certainly help you on your way and give useful tips from my own experience. Do you want to learn to play with chords yourself and receive practical tips and guidance or are you looking for coaching in learning new pieces? If you want to learn to read and play sheet music on the piano yourself, I can certainly give you a crash course and guide you through your first pieces of music. Anyone of any level can come to me, although it is recommended to have a basic knowledge of music and piano in order to work efficiently. I also have 2 younger sisters who play the piano and I regularly help them practice new pieces. I always remain patient and explain it 100 times if necessary until it is in the fingers. As a piano student I experienced myself that this is the most pleasant and best way to practice piano pieces.
