I am coming from Greece where I graduated from my first bachelor on classical guitar and the last three years I live, study, work and play in Utrecht. My teaching career started very early, 12 years ago when my classical guitar teacher let me teach my first student and since then I have worked in multiple music schools and in private lessons with students of every age. This year I also started giving my first band coaching group lessons. In my lessons I try to create a learning path that is formed arround the interests and taste of each student. Since I am a singer and songwriter the lessons can also focus on the creating part of music if of course the student is interested in that. I work with empathy and sensitivity arround the needs of each student. As for my playing career, I play with multiple bands on original songs of mine or covers in different venues and festivals in Europe. The genres differ between pop, jazz, rock, eastern traditional and blues so I can give a big variety of stylistic directions to each student. Last but not least, I am also a singer and because of my good performance in school, I was awarded from the HKU Conservatory the oportunity to follow the vocal curriculum of the school as well. So far my son has had just one lesson with Stefan, but he has already demonstrated an excellent demeanor, especially important for working with a child who is just beginning! He is very patient and encouraging thus far. Overall, he is a very good instructor for our situation! Update: My son has taken lessons from Stefan for about a year now and we could not be happier with him as an instructor! He is truly a great teacher for a child who is just getting started and well worth the cost!

My first lesson with Carlos was great! Not only is he a skilled clarinetist, but he has a very hands-on approach to teaching that is especially helpful for those just beginning or starting up again after a long break. Though I remembered very little of the clarinet before our first lesson, he immediately made me comfortable getting back into the swing of things and gave me many helpful pointers to regain my bearings. Francesco is a very skilled and cool teacher. He takes your from your current level and plans out a personalised program for you to improve. His way of using analogies to explain complex terms and make you understand difficult theoretical concepts in a much simpler way is truly impressive. After two months of lessons with Francesco i definitely feel my level of playing has improved a lot. 5/5 would recommend to anyone who wants to take their playing to the next level.
