I always try to make the classes entertaining and productive. In younger children, different combinations of activities and dynamism help them move faster and maintain attention. Music is a language and, just like the mother tongue, it must be learned through PRACTICE. Over the years, I received scholarships to study violin at Taiwan SooChow University and California Baptist University. These opportunities enriched my musical experiences and allowed me to perform in solo, chamber, and orchestral settings. My journey includes performances with ensembles such as the Hong Kong Metropolitan Youth Orchestra, Hong Kong Pro-Arte Orchestra, Taiwan SooChow University Orchestra, and Taiwan Rong-Shing Chamber Orchestra, among others. These experiences continue to inform my approach to teaching, allowing me to provide my students with practical insights and real-world performance techniques. Previously, I taught GCSE Music at Hollingworth Academy and provided violin instruction at The Hathershaw College and Radclyffe School, where I developed a holistic and student-centered teaching approach tailored to each learner's unique needs and goals. Currently, I am dedicated to teaching SEND students at The Peak School, where I strive to create a supportive and calming environment. Dario is a very patient and detailed teacher in explaining how I can incorporate both technical and musical aspects in a piece. He also showed how to play using his cameras that were set at various views, which was very helpful to see at close up. His vast experience allows him to explain the different interpretations of a piece and it is interesting to know the different schools of thoughts. He is an excellent teacher.

Enjoyed his class! He was very detailed in his teaching - particular about the posture and attention to detail in terms of the fingering and pacing, despite it being an online class. His class had very good pacing in his teaching and provide relevant teaching materials for beginner accordion students. He is also very responsive on Apprentus and accommodating to virtual lessons.
