Content of the Training: Lazarus and Folkman's Theory of Coping with Stress: -This theory suggests that stress depends on the individual's perception and efforts to cope with that stress. -When faced with a stressful situation, the individual evaluates the event (stressor appraisal) and then determines coping strategies. -Two primary coping strategies are emphasized: problem-focused coping (focusing on solving the problem) and emotion-focused coping (regulating the emotional response). Art Therapy Tools Basic Level -A creative way to cope with daily stress. Express your emotions and relieve stress through painting, drawing and other art activities. Yoga Practices Basic Level: - Yoga movements and breathing techniques to maintain balance between body and mind. Increase your inner peace as well as gain flexibility and strength.
