Trusted teacher: I run my lessons in 4 steps. Step 1 (content knowledge): I get to know how much the student already knows about the topic. Depending on their level of understanding I will go over crucial subject content and make sure to cover any knowledge gaps. Step 2: I go over practice questions with the student and give them tips on how to tackle the questions and how to answer effectively in order to obtain full marks. Step 3: I give students past paper questions to independently try them. I then mark them and go over any questions they got wrong. I then give them more questions that are similar to the questions they got wrong. Step 4: I quiz the students to make sure there’s no knowledge gap in the specific topic before moving on to a next topic. My aim is to teach students just like the way I like to be taught. Making sure the environment is friendly so that the students can freely ask questions without being intimidated. I am very passionate about making sure that my teaching helps as many students as possible so that they can achieve the top grades. I have previously taught 11+ students in a private tuition. Although I don’t have a broad work experience in teaching but being the eldest daughter I have always taught my younger siblings who both go to a grammar school. I have always helped my friends and classmates in school as well. I have always been a top achiever. I am also a medical applicant with a medical school offer. Benoit is friendly and patient and has a good sense of when to challenge and when to take a step back. My son, who is 8, really likes his lessons very much. He loves math, especially working with big numbers, and at school it isn't always possible to work on calculations as he would like. After few lessons he already learned new techniques for calculations he likes to experiment with and Benoit also managed to challenge him to try some new and more advanced things. I think this type of lessons is more tricky to prepare, at least until the teacher gets to know well the capacities and character of the child, as there are not based on the child's curriculum or homework to be done. Benoit is always open to discussion and if my son finds something too challenging, they take a step back and try another way or just agree to try another time when my son feels ready for it.

I found Dr. Ralf to be a wonderful Teacher. The things that he taught me through online helped me a great deal in this class as well as in statistic level. Because of the help and attention that He provided me with, I understand and enjoy Statistics. The class was great in that he didn’t just give the answers away – he made me THINK. This was sort of frustrating, but it helped me understand the material much better. I would recommend him as a Teacher for future classes, without a doubt.
