Andrea - Rome, ItalyC$79
Trusted teacher: Ciao! 🇮🇹 My name is Andrea and I am a professional Italian teacher, I love my job and I love to meet new people from all over the world. I was born in the south of Italy and I live in the beautiful Rome. I graduated from University "La Sapienza" of Rome in 2008. Over the past years I lived in Los Angeles and London where I started to give individual and group Italian lessons for foreigners. I have been teaching for many years by now (since 2013). I teach all ages and all levels. I have been teaching children, students at school and university, professionals, artists and even foreign teachers-colleagues so far. During my course the student can learn and practice grammar, reading, writing, listening, speaking, conversation, written and oral comprehension, written and oral production, standard Italian diction/pronunciation. I am an expert in standard Italian diction-pronunciation, together we can work on your school/business presentations. I can also help you understand and try to speak several Italian dialects! I also teach native Italian speakers how to reduce their regional accent. Learning a new foreign language is a complex dynamic process, so I teach following a structural traditional approach, which provides the foundation/basic rules of the language, while I tailor the lesson based on the student's needs. I assign homework and I use all the best tools - technology in order to provide the best learning experience possible. In the recent years I have been teaching mostly online, I’ve been working with the most popular websites out there on the internet for a very long time. My students have always shown me their gratitude, I am so happy and proud of their hard work and achievement. You can read their reviews and comments about my work 😊 .

Trusted teacher: Hello! I am Claudia, and I am a graduate of a Master in Linguistics and a Bachelor of Foreign Languages. I am currently a researcher at the University of Barcelona, and I deal with intercultural communication and linguistic diversity. I am also a freelance teacher. I have been teaching French and Italian for more than five years in several European countries (Italy, Belgium, Spain, and France), meeting almost all kinds of student profile (school students, university students, individuals, business employees, expatriates, amateurs, etc.). My centres of interest are languages and cultures. For me, learning a language means, first of all, understanding its contexts and background. That is why I use cultural content as a stimulus to improve my students' linguistic and communicative competences. Italian is my language, my culture, my history. French is my second home, as I lived there for several years. It would be a pleasure to share these languages and amazing cultures with you! In our first class we will talk about your needs: do you need to learn a new language for professional reasons? Do you want to feel more comfortable when you speak? Do you have to pass an exam? Are you moving abroad? I will adapt to your demands, personality, and hobbies to guarantee you the most natural and least boring learning possible. You will also have at your disposal a specialist of language who can explain effortlessly even the most complicated concepts. I am sure we will have a great time working together! Don't hesitate to contact me to schedule the first class. Au revoir!

Valentina - ItalyC$31
Trusted teacher: Hello there! I'm Valentina I am Italian born and raised in the charming city of Salerno, Italy. My academic journey led me to graduate at the University of Salerno, where I completed both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in "Modern Languages and Literatures" (Europeans and Americans) specialising in English and German language. One of the highlights of my educational experience was the 6-month period in Germany, Bonn for my Erasmus programme, where I immersed myself in a new language and culture, broadening my perspective on the world. Proficient in my native Italian and fluent in English, I've been sharing my passion for languages as a certified English tutor for the past three years. Teaching is not just a profession for me; it's a way to connect with people, delve into diverse cultures, and share the beauty of language. That's the reason why I am so happy to teach Italian in English or any other language you wish me to teach. I design my classes according to the level of the students and the objectives. My classes with include speaking, reading, vocabulary, listening activities but also fun activities like games and role playing. Beyond the classroom, I am a multifaceted individual with a love for sports, a voracious reader, and a perpetual student always eager to learn. Dancing is one of my passions, providing a creative outlet for self-expression. I find joy in exploring new languages, and my travels have been a continuous source of inspiration, allowing me to blend my interests seamlessly.

PRIVATE COURSES OF FRENCH-FLE ALL LEVELS GIVEN BY PROF PARTICULIER IN BORDEAUX (Bordeaux)
Madeira
I started classes with Madeira in preparation for an interview to a French Medical School. While I had a fairly okay level of French already, Madeira really helped me polish my language skills and achieve the level of refinement and ease in my formal conversational skills which I needed for my interview. She was able to expertly identify what areas I needed to improve upon, and through her exercises and feedback I was able to greatly improve my oral skills. Madeira was also incredibly receptive to any requests that I had regarding things which I wanted to work on, and she went above and beyond in helping me understand technical portions of French grammar with which I have always had issues. Overall, I strongly recommend Madeira as a French teacher to anyone attempting to improve on their French skills.

Italian classes by an Italian mothertongue! Online or in person in Milan! (Paderno Dugnano)
Mihaela
On a tight timeline, Mihaela was able to make time to meet with me in person for an hour lesson to introduce me to Italian. For the introductory lesson, I felt it covered a good amount of ground (and she even provided a document of everything we covered and more via email)! She explained hard and soft pronunciation between G + C and pronunciation of vowels. She prepared exercises to help me introduce myself to others. Mihaela even explained some of the historical background of the location we met at, Sforzesco Castle. After our lesson, she also gave me recommendations of places to visit in Milan. In short, Mihaela was thorough, patient, courteous, and communicative! I would recommend her in a heartbeat.

Italian language Class - Learn with Andrea 🇮🇹 for life, passion and work (Rome)
Andrea
I’m very grateful to have Andrea as my Italian language tutor. I am traveling to Italy soon, and his lessons have given me the confidence I need to converse in Italian when I’m there. He pays close attention to pronunciation and grammar, politely correcting you when you make mistakes and clearly teaching you the grammar rules needed to avoid making them again. The typed notes he makes during the lesson (which he sends you afterward) are clear, very helpful summaries of what we covered. I don’t think I could ask for a better tutor!
