Trusted teacher: Sarah has developed a deeper connection with yoga, during a chest recovery after her theatre dancing career, with the simple intention of rebuilding physical strength and flexibility. She left with the most amazing gift she had ever received. She not only found the healing shifted in her body but also in how she related to life per se. Following her heart’s instincts, Sarah completed a 200HR RYT Yoga Alliance, Ashtanga Vinyasa through Yog Nisarga in Goa, 2014 Lived in Angka Meditation Ashram with the great Meditation Master Darma Yasa in Bali, which then lead her to BBTRS Breathwork Thearapy certification Emotional intelligence/ Life coaching certification Sarah has facilitated in festivals, workshops, retreats and one to ones based on breathwork, bio energetics, yoga and ceremony and has been a catalyst for many throughout her travels across India, Sri Lanka, Australia, the Balinese and many more to mention. Sarah has a very grounded presence and focuses on the physical alignment as well as the philosophical approach to yoga. Her classes are challenging yet relaxing and offers a wide variation of styles such as Kundalini, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin and Restorative. She gives modifications and variations for different levels, vocalising accurate direction ques for guidance. Yoga has raised her awareness by providing individual space, yet surrounded, challenged yet supported, brave yet vulnerable, and most importantly, a space to heal from the inside out. Yoga introduced Sarah to the best version of herself and has been a catalyst for growth in every single aspect of her life. She truly believes that the greatest teacher is the teacher within, and her intention, as an instructor, is to provide the space for students to raise their consciousness, reach their full existential potential, embrace their intuition, to explore their strength and manifest their greatest intentions of all good.

Fitness Classes: - In the fitness classes I will be using your own body to create the body you always wanted. The exercises are all bodyweight and sessions are can be for any level as I can adapt for any fitness level. In the session we will work on the full body and a lot of exercise to keep heart rate high. Results are guaranteed but will depends on how many sessions we do a week. Nutrition advice will be given. Sessions can be for 30 minutes or 1 hour. This class can have more than 10 student at once as I will be doing online via Zoom. Personal Training: - In the personal training classes it will only be 1 - 1 so I can concentrate on one student. We will work on anything the student wants to work whether it is weight loss/Building muscles/Improve cardio and many more. Nutrition advice will be given to make sure we reach the goal. Sessions can be 30 minutes or 1 hour. Health and Nutrition advice: - In this class I will help the student improve their health by writing down with the student a health plan and help with bad health habits that needs to change. I will also go through a lot of nutrition advice where we can write down a nutrition plan to cut down on the bad foods and improve on eating the good ones. We will got through all meals Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Snacks and make sure you have a plan that will adapt with your lifestyle. Sessions can be 30 minutes or 1 hour via Zoom. Life Coaching: - In this class I will help any student who wants to reach their dream goals by going through the bad habits and negative things that is blocking the student reaching the success they want. We will write down a plan and make sure we take it step by step one goal after another one. I will help the student reaching their full potential as a human being and I will challenges ready for student to become the person they want to become and be able to achieve anything they want. I will help student to connect to themselves much more and show various simple exercises to feel happy and energized at all times. Session can be for 30 minutes or 1 hour via Zoom. Forex trading: - In this class I will show any student that want to learn how to make a passive income with trading. I will be teaching student basics or advanced trading skills. We will go through every step and I will show what application and website to use so any trading level is welcome. I will train the student on demo account until he or she fully understand how to trade on the forex market and earn passive income. Student will need a laptop and smartphone. Session can be for 30 minutes or 1 hour.
