Trusted teacher: My name is Andrey and I’m a French 🇫🇷 teacher living in Paris. My extensive experience allows me to vary my teaching styles. The communicative approach is the cornerstone of my teaching style but I also place a strong emphasis on pronunciation, especially when it comes to teaching French. For any language, I tend to select teaching materials that align with the student's personal or professional interests. Take a look at some of my reviews below (not all of them are here) and let them paint the picture for you. In terms of my background, I have degrees in teaching French and English, and I've also studied legal translation and IT law. I've been immersed in language teaching for nearly 13 years now. My passion lies in both learning and teaching languages. I can also help you study for your DELF-DALF diplomas to validate your French learning. I worked with English-speaking executives from various private and public institutions, including banks and government administrations. They all now speak French. I know how to quickly adjust to changes in teaching methods depending on your goals. Whether you’re looking to practice conversational French, improve your pronunciation, grammar, prepare for an exam, or a job interview I’d be happy to help you. 🇫🇷 : Je m'appelle Andrey et je suis professeur de français vivant à Paris. Andrey
I have been working with Andrey for about 2 months now, and I have to say he has been instrumental in my language learning journey. I have been working with him in different time zones across the world, and he has always been game to make something work -either taking appointments in the early afternoon, or the evenings. His understanding of French grammar and pronunciation, as well as his second to none note-taking skills, have allowed me to work on the parts of the French language that I struggle with most. He does all this while maintaining a relaxed and comfortable environment, where I feel ok to take things slower when I need to and transition back to English when necessary. It is honestly a pleasure to work with someone who understands how to teach the language to a native English speaker and has the materials to offer during the learning journey as well. No comment he gives, goes without thought, and I am thrilled to be working with someone who cares as much as I do about me becoming more comfortable with French.

Anne
I have been learning with Anne for almost 8 months now. I cannot even begin to thank Anne for her amazing teaching skills and how much she has helped me. I have struggled with French for years and I finally found a teacher who both pushed me but is also patient and accommodating to my needs. I was also hesitant at first to have an online teacher, but her teaching methods and skills actually made it easier that she was online, also in terms of managing my time and schedule with her, I did not feel that anything hindered my progress having her online. Her great personality and experience as a teacher overall further helped with my fear and difficulty in learning French, and having her as an online teacher. And finally, she has a great teaching structure and a curriculum and material (which was important for me) to provide for the student through structured classes, while taking into account the strengths and weaknesses of the student. Thank you very much Anne for everything.

Phillip
It is always a pleasure to meet Phil for our weekly online French classes. He is a patient and kind teacher and always full of energy for our class. Phil is interested in a wide range of topics, so we always have something to talk about based on an article he selected as 'homework'. What I really appreciate about his way of teaching is that he corrects me during our conversation without breaking the flow of our talk, so I can really feel my confidence in speaking French increasing each class. I woulf highly recommend Phil if you are looking for a French tutor :)
