Trusted teacher: I have proven success in helping students get back on track with French GSCE after only a few lessons and am new to this site. I love the French language and want to help my students not only to understand but more importantly to enjoy this subject so they are confident and well prepared for GSCE exams. I connect easily with young people, therefore creating a comfortable and positive learning environment. This makes it easier for them to engage, ask questions, and feel more confident in our online sessions. I appreciate that every student learns differently so my tutoring sessions are customized to suit individual needs, strengths, and areas for improvement. My approach is to simplify - I break down complex grammar, vocabulary, and exam techniques into easy-to-understand segments, making learning French more approachable and enjoyable. My lessons are designed to be engaging, incorporating a variety of activities that help reinforce learning in a fun, interactive way, from conversational practice to exam-style questions. I’m dedicated to helping students achieve their target grades, with a track record of students improving their confidence and performance in French GCSE exams. (including my own 2 now grown-up children.) For my current students, I am working with the AQA French Higher textbook.

SVT associate professor currently on leave from the National Education for family reasons (I am therefore no longer in a post in an establishment since 01/09/2021 and am no longer an employee of the EN), I hold a double literary and scientific curriculum and gives private tutoring in many subjects in video under autoentrepreneur status. With 10 years of teaching experience in secondary school and many years of experience in private lessons (including 3 years in main activity during a previous availability), I offer my help in French, although this is not the subject for which I obtained the aggregation. However, I have sometimes been asked to teach French as part of short-term replacements in college (replacements for French colleagues who are late in having replacements appointed to their posts). My daughter is in year 11 and was struggling with French. This led to her not enjoying the subject anymore. Having started lessons with Julie, my daughter feel up to date with the rest of her class, is enjoying French again and has confidence in revising French by herself with regular sessions with Julie to support. Julie has been a life saviour for my daughter - would highly recommend. Julie has a very natural style which really enables the children to grown their confidence in the subject. Thank you Julie!
