I appreciate that every student learns differently so my tutoring sessions are customized to suit individual needs, strengths, and areas for improvement. My approach is to simplify - I break down complex grammar, vocabulary, and exam techniques into easy-to-understand segments, making learning French more approachable and enjoyable. My lessons are designed to be engaging, incorporating a variety of activities that help reinforce learning in a fun, interactive way, from conversational practice to exam-style questions. I’m dedicated to helping students achieve their target grades, with a track record of students improving their confidence and performance in French GCSE exams. (including my own 2 now grown-up children.) For my current students, I am working with the AQA French Higher textbook.

I highly recommend Constance as a language teacher because she is very motivated and dedicated in developing good relationship with her students. She is giving the French classes to my 6 year old daughter that was not familiar with French language before. Constance's rapport with children is great. Her ability to connect with children and her talent in teaching simple concepts as well as more advance topics is excellent. She also has very good communication skills with parents. Bearing in mind mention, I can highly recommend Constance.

My daughter is in year 11 and was struggling with French. This led to her not enjoying the subject anymore. Having started lessons with Julie, my daughter feel up to date with the rest of her class, is enjoying French again and has confidence in revising French by herself with regular sessions with Julie to support. Julie has been a life saviour for my daughter - would highly recommend. Julie has a very natural style which really enables the children to grown their confidence in the subject. Thank you Julie!
