I studied flute and composition at the Liszt Academy in Budapest and at the University of Arts in Berlin and have participated in many projects based on the wide repertoire of so-called classical music, including playing in symphony orchestras, in many chamber music groups and as a soloist, pop, rock and jazz music, folk music, experimental genres and contemporary music, performance art, theater music, sound painting and free improvisation, electronic music and so on. I come from a family of musicians and have been playing and learning flute and piano intensively since I was five years old. My whole life revolves around music and finding connections between classical music, pop genres, folk music and experimental/modern directions. I might not know much about flute, but what I know is that if you want to learn it, Anna's your gal. She's fun, smart, punctual and really professional and, to top it off, a really good teacher. She is going to make you feel appraised for your smallest accomplishments (which will definitely help you evolve much faster than using any conventional book/online course etc.) and will find the sweet spot between theoretical concepts and fun, practical songs to keep you entertained. I myself had an internal kerfuffle and nearly quit after 2 weeks of trying to learn flute. But flute can be fun and entertaining, and Anna's teaching method is the proof to that lemma!
