Hello! I'm Lulu, a bilingual English teacher with six years of experience. I teach English using a flexible methodology so that the language can be learned, or improved, naturally. My goal as a teacher is for students to learn to master the language in an authentic way. -I don't do exam preparation.- Classes revolve around interactive activities and spontaneous, in-depth conversations (to the extent each student allows). Communicating across languages is key to cognitive development and goes far beyond memorizing words: it's an opportunity to discover our own identity from a different perspective. To begin, I always do a couple of tests that help me profile the student from various areas, not just the level, and with that, I work with the individual to develop the class strategy, from frequency to method. I have worked with students of all ages, with diverse learning styles and unique needs, and while they often fit within certain parameters that correspond to pre-established teaching methodologies, each one is unique and deserves a personalized approach that respects their own pace. Amazing Tutor for Teens - So Glad We Found Younes! I was initially hesitant about online French tutoring for my 14-year-old daughter, especially since she wasn't thrilled about starting classes in the first place. However, from the very first session with Younes, all my worries disappeared. He has an incredible ability to connect with this age group. He immediately broke the ice, made the lessons engaging, and somehow managed to get my daughter genuinely interested and actually looking forward to her next class! We've now had around 8 classes with Younes, and the difference in my daughter's confidence in school is remarkable. She's participating more in her French class and seems much more comfortable speaking and understanding the language.
