Or are you going on holiday to a country where English is spoken? Perhaps your child is struggling with English at school and you want to give him or her extra support. I'd love to help you! I am bilingual Dutch-English with a lot of speaking and writing experience, speak English daily with my Australian partner and enjoy passing on my knowledge to others. In addition, I have a lot of patience for people who have difficulties with different parts of English. I can offer help with sentence structure, grammar, pronunciation, reading skills and vocabulary practice, in order to give you or your child more certainty and guidance in the language. With students I focus on the problem points that exist and I use the school method. If, for example, it appears that a solid foundation is still missing, I can jump in and offer support in learning this. For (young) adults who are not (or no longer) in school, we will mainly focus on vocabulary, correct sentence structure and grammar in the beginners' lessons. However, I also quickly start speaking, reading and listening. With advanced students I focus on, among other things, speaking and listening skills and advanced word use by holding conversations together, watching documentaries and reading books. For starting students I use the books of "English for Everyone" and expand my lessons myself with extra materials, such as tailor-made exercises. Nothing else is required, and everything is possible in consultation.

I completed a Bachelor's degree in multilingual communication (Faculty of Translation and Interpretation of the University of Geneva) and am available to help other students and share my knowledge with them. I started learning German in primary school, have completed numerous language stays in Germany, including a semester as an au pair with daily language classes, and have been living and working for over 3 years in Germany. I also did a semester in Liverpool with daily lessons in a language school and continue to practice it as part of my work. I obtained an official certificate attesting to my level of German (telc Deutsch C1 Hochschule) in 2016, but my current level is a C2. Living in Germany, this is the language I speak on a daily basis. Concerning English, I passed the Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English (C1) in 2016 as well and uses it fluently in my work. As for the French is my mother tongue. I look forward to being able to help you in your learning and to pass on to you my passion for languages over the course of our meetings! Great teacher! I started acoustic guitar lessons from zero and I have learned so much with Sergio, he is an excellent teacher, very knowledgeable and patient, he also encourage you to keep practicing to achieve your goals while providing you with very useful material to do it. I really recommend Sergio as a music teacher, he plays a lot of instruments. Excelente profesor, yo empecé clases de guitarra acústica desde cero y he aprendido mucho con Sergio, sabe mucho y es muy paciente, además te anima a seguir practicando para que alcances tus metas y te provee muy buen material para lograrlo. Súper recomiendo a Sergio como profesor de música, sabe tocar muchos instrumentos.

Germán
Germán is a great teacher and also fun to work with. He first carefully diagnoses strengths and weaknesses and then designs tailored exercises around the learning needs and gives concrete feedback and shares vocabulary tips. If you search someone to better understand homework/grammar exercises or someone for stand-alone private classes, German is your guy for both. He can explain grammar or improve conversational skills. Before our private lessons, I took courses at the Cervantes institute and my professor there also respected him a lot for his teaching methods and knowledge.

Lila knows how to asses which level my child is at accurately, and help her from very silence at the beginning to be very devoted to the doalogue at the end. In addition, she uses the facility around as her teaching resource so that my child feels unbored through two hours' lesson. She is creative and meticulously considerate in her teaching.
