Over the past eight years, I have taught English in three different countries to students of over 30 different nationalities. I now live and work in Spain, where I learned Spanish, understanding first-hand the difficulty of learning a new language. My lessons are tailored to each student's needs and interests, and I provide clear written feedback during class so students can correct their mistakes after each lesson. Here's what you can expect from our conversation classes: ⭐ A pleasant and engaging conversation where I ask you many questions on a topic of your choice. ⭐ A shared Google Doc where I record your mistakes and corrections (you decide if you want the corrections immediately or at the end of the class). ⭐ A topic and questions will be sent to you before the class starts so you can prepare if you wish. You can choose the topic or ask me to do it. I have many resources available (for example, I will send you a news article, YouTube video, and/or blog, along with 4-10 prepared questions that I will then ask you in class). We can also have a "free conversation" class where we talk about whatever you're feeling like that day. In addition to conversation classes, I also offer help with writing CVs, cover letters, college applications, job interviews and presentations.

I have been working with Andrey for about 2 months now, and I have to say he has been instrumental in my language learning journey. I have been working with him in different time zones across the world, and he has always been game to make something work -either taking appointments in the early afternoon, or the evenings. His understanding of French grammar and pronunciation, as well as his second to none note-taking skills, have allowed me to work on the parts of the French language that I struggle with most. He does all this while maintaining a relaxed and comfortable environment, where I feel ok to take things slower when I need to and transition back to English when necessary. It is honestly a pleasure to work with someone who understands how to teach the language to a native English speaker and has the materials to offer during the learning journey as well. No comment he gives, goes without thought, and I am thrilled to be working with someone who cares as much as I do about me becoming more comfortable with French.

Great teacher! I started acoustic guitar lessons from zero and I have learned so much with Sergio, he is an excellent teacher, very knowledgeable and patient, he also encourage you to keep practicing to achieve your goals while providing you with very useful material to do it. I really recommend Sergio as a music teacher, he plays a lot of instruments. Excelente profesor, yo empecé clases de guitarra acústica desde cero y he aprendido mucho con Sergio, sabe mucho y es muy paciente, además te anima a seguir practicando para que alcances tus metas y te provee muy buen material para lograrlo. Súper recomiendo a Sergio como profesor de música, sabe tocar muchos instrumentos.
