Movement for actors. This class explores Laban fundamentals to develop movement ability and application, providing an understanding of the influential movement system and how it can enhance your physicality and performance. We can work on a full understanding of the Laban system or actor movement coaching for specific work. Extensive experience teaching with organisations such as LSDA and Central School of Speech and Drama.
