My approach to stay fit is combining a lifestyle that is founded on where we live and when, what and how we eat. About Me
I started practising yoga at the age of 5. I guess I must have enjoyed myself all along, because I began teaching yoga in 1992 to children and adults. In 2015 I qualified as a yoga trainer, having applied myself to 600 hours of learning and absorbing yoga, anatomy and Ayurveda.With every student and with every session, I find newer and ever-more enriching experiences, which I believe is in equal measure due to my fascination with the discipline and the enthusiasm of my students. I feel grateful to have been able to experience the joy of being simultaneously a teacher and a student.

I am an experienced and certified teacher with over 150 hours in teaching in studios and University facilities. I can teach one on one classes but also groups up to 50 people. My practice is dedicated and adapted to my students. I focus on getting the best out of everyone, mostly having fun and feeling great during and after class.

I have recently graduated with a Barre foundations diploma, provided by the MethodBarre. Barre a very popular sports enables you to build strength and elongate your muscles. As an ancient dancer (Jazz and Ballet) at the Conservatoire de la Musique du Luxembourg, I have strong ballet foundations. However, my barre practice merges fitness and ballet. Yogi’s and anyone can benefit from Barre classes.

Finally, I have a nutrition diploma by the Univeristy of Groningen, where I am also currently being trained to become an MD. My nutrition diploma is an advantage to you as a coach- I can guide you in injury recovery, detox and assist you with certain medical conditions such as IBS or other gut diseases in the autoimmune spectrum.
