It also works for creative writing in general. However, it will specifically focus on some of the more playful and concise elements of poetry, as opposed to the structure and narrative of prose, for example. There are a lot of barriers and negative preconceptions around poetry which I am to dismantle - building confidence and making poetry feel fun, as opposed to fearful!
