Hello, I am a 20-year-old piano student at the Graz music university and am offering piano lessons with some music theory for various levels and ages, from complete beginners to advanced players. I have a decent amount of experience in teaching at music school and also privately. The lessons can be taught in person as well as online (via zoom), the duration varies depending on the skill level and age of a student. Hallo, Ich bin 20 und studiere Klavier an der Kunst Uni Graz. Based on the student's needs and technical capabilities we will work together on a piece/song that a student might want to learn. Additionally, in order to improve the playing and to understand the piece better, we will work on the playing technique, harmony, and music theory of the piece/song.! It is possible for us to work in person also!

• I try to be creative in my lessons and it is important to me that the students are not physically or mentally tense when playing. I also teach basic theoretical knowledge that makes playing the piano easier and if the students have an inclination or interest in improvisation, I develop these skills as well. • Since I have had many different students with many different needs, I can adapt the lessons to your individual needs.

The lesson lasts 45 minutes and is completely customized to your needs and preferences. We can work on your technique and musicality or just learn how to play your favorite songs so you can show off to your friends ;) I think I am a really patient person and I believe that with hard work, anyone can achieve anything! The lessons are optimized for everyone: from beginners to experienced piano players.

Viola lessons offer a comprehensive introduction to playing the viola, a string instrument with a warm, deep sound. The lessons are aimed at beginners to moderately advanced players. Students learn basic techniques such as bowing, posture and reading music as well as advanced playing techniques, including vibrato, double stops and phrasing. The focus is on improving playing technique, musical expressiveness and understanding different musical styles, from baroque to modern. Regular exercises and individual feedback help to refine your own playing.

A typical class would start with warm-up exercises, then we would work on repertoire that I can suggest (after I can assess the vocal range). Of course you can always take pieces with you! I can also accompany you on the piano for my own repertoire suggestions. The human voice is the instrument that is closest to us. That's why I believe that through voice training you not only find the joy of singing, but also get to know yourself and your own body much better. I am studying solo singing myself and am therefore really looking forward to motivated singers. Above all, a natural and healthy singing technique is very important to me, because only then do you have the right tools to work musically and interpretatively. My current schedule changes every week (rehearsals/university/concerts) so for now I would always make appointments a week in advance instead of keeping a fixed date every week.

I am currently studying at the Graz University of Art, where I am pursuing two master's degrees, one in violin performance and one in chamber music. I also offer music theory classes (jazz theory or classical music theory) and early music education. Briefly to me: My musical career began in elementary school, later followed by the music secondary school in Weiz and then the music high school in Graz. At the age of 6 I learned to play the recorder, until I switched to the saxophone at the age of 8. After studying at the music school in Gleisdorf, I went to the Graz Conservatory and after graduating from the music high school, I studied at the University of Music & Performing Arts Vienna (MDW), where I did vocal and instrumental pedagogy (IGP) at the Institute for Popular Music with a focus Studied classical sax. I took my own instrumental lessons from Richard Winkler, Wolfgang Puschnig, Martin Fuss, Klaus Dickbauer and Fabian Rucker, among others. There are also countless workshops with e.g. Branford Masalis, Randy Brecker, Torsten Skringer etc. In my career, instruments such as piano, clarinet and flute were added. I'm a professional musician myself and play in bands such as "Candlelight Ficus", "Die Ranzler", "Moneka Group" and "Matho & Das Vienna Dancehall Orchestra", as well as jobs with big bands, DJ's and much more. I recently completed my studies in transverse flute at the Benedetto Marcello Conservatory of Music in Venice. I will move to Graz for a further master's degree and am available for lessons in music theory and practice. I come from Estonia and there, aside from singing studies, I worked as a teacher of music theory subjects (solfeggio, prima vista, basic theory) at the Georg Ots Tallinn Music College (conservatory level) for 4 years (2018-2022) and was the head teacher of the department for music theory for 2 years (2020-2022).
