Trusted teacher: I am a consultant at the World Bank and a postdoctoral researcher in applied econometrics at the University of Mons in Belgium. PhD in economics from the Free University of Brussels. Between 2018 and 2024, I helped more than 300 students from all over the world* to pass their econometrics courses and/or master's theses. ECONOMETRICS COURSE I help students understand theoretical models (e.g. OLS, Logit, 2SLS, diff-in-diff, time series) and the interpretation of econometric results in a very pedagogical way. I helped 158 of 160 students pass their econometrics courses. MASTER THESES and PROJECTS I help students build the database, write the theoretical model and produce empirical results (descriptive statistics, graphs, tests and regressions) using Stata, R Studio, Gretl, E-views or Jamovi. I also advise on dissertation structure and writing. All the students who have done their theses with me have passed. In addition, 10 of his students have won the best dissertation award. *List of Universities ---------------------------------------------- • Australia: Deakin University, Brisbane Boys College • Belgium: Université libre de Bruxelles, Université Catolique de Louvain, Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Université de Liège, ICHEC, Universiteit Ghent, Université de Mons, Université de Namur, College of Europe, VUB Brussels School of Governance, Université du Luxembourg • Denmark: Københavns Universitet • France: Science Po Paris, Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, Université Paris-Val de Marne, Université de Bourgogne, IESEG Paris, Université de Lille, Toulouse School of Economics, Université Paris Nanterre • Germany: Universität Mannheim • Ireland: Trinity College Dublin • Italy: Università Bocconi • Netherlands: Universiteit Maastricht, Technische Universiteit Eindhoven, Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam, Universiteit van Amsterdam • Portugal: Nova School of Business • Switzerland: Université de Genève, Université de Lausanne, Universität Luzern, Haute Ecole La Source, UniDistance Suisse • United Kingdom: Imperial College London, University College London, London School of Economics, University of Cambridge, University of Bristol, University of Oxford, University of Kent, University of Bath, King's College London, University of Sheffield, Durham University, University of Sheffield • United States: Texas Tech University, University of Nevada

You already know a lot more about economics than you might imagine. Each day, you make economic decisions, such as choosing between two teachers at Apprentus. You also come to class with years of experience in Economic matters. If you are in the UK and are 14 years old and above, you might have worked part-time before and therefore supplied your labour. Supply of labour is an important concept that you might have heard of or learnt about. Do not worry if it is new to you - you may study it if you take this class. But as you may have realized, it is something related to work, so if you have worked before, you know it already. Given students' prior experiences, I teach through examples that draw on these experiences. These examples build bridges from the familiar to the unfamiliar. Through this approach to teaching, I became one of the sought-after Economics tutors in my previous schools, where I worked with students at Key Stages 4 and 5, fostering in them a love for Economics. I bring a well-rounded understanding of AQA AS/A level and GCSE Economics Specifications and familiarity with the following textbooks: 1. Powell, James., Powell, Ray., & Horner, David. (2023). AQA a-Level Economics (5th ed.). Hodder Education Group (AQA Approved) 2. McEachern, W. A. . (2006). Economics: a contemporary introduction (7th ed.). Thomson/South-Western. Though the course is designed to help learners studying AQA GCSE or A Level Economics, it is appropriate for learners studying other specifications such as ORC Economics and all lovers of the subjects.

AP and IB Economics Tutor, Microeconomics and Macroeconomics (Şişli)
Fatih
I recently had my first economic class, and I couldn't be more satisfied. Faith is an exceptional tutor who combines profound knowledge with a clear and engaging teaching style. His teaching approach is not only informative but also tailored to the individual needs of the student. He encouraged questions and fostered a supportive learning environment. The class was well-structured, and Faith's passion for the subject was evident throughout. I appreciated the personalized attention I received, which significantly enhanced my understanding of economic principles. Overall, I highly recommend Faith for anyone seeking a top-notch economics tutor. I look forward to continuing my classes with him and I am confident in the value he brings to the learning experience.

Econometrics & Statistics - For University & School Students. SAT, IB, A-Levels, University Courses (Amsterdam)
Nick
Nick's approach is patient and thorough, informative and imaginative as well. He always comes up with his own examples in order to test my knowledge on a given exercise and helps me get to the answer at my own pace, rather than handing it to me. He doesn't use a one-size-fits-all method, but rather tailors his lesson in order to get out my full potential, even in a field I find difficult. He makes himself available for additional questions and is overall great to work with!
