Most people already have enough knowledge of grammar and basic vocabulary. What they need is to practice with a real person who will correct their mistakes, make sure they repeat the corrections, explain grammatical nuances as they appear in the context of such real conversations, and note down the most important points (grammar, vocabulary, links to websites visited during the conversation) in the Skype or WhatsApp chat window, which will remain as a record for later review.
