Because of this I have developed a coaching structure that is effective, efficient, and fun. During exam training I work with old exams with a focus on the latest developments in the field. In this way I ensure that students get a good grip on the exam material and enter the exams with confidence. During the training I teach the students how an exam is structured so that they feel familiar with the final exam. Tutoring or homework support are designed in consultation. Some pupils or students benefit from doing assignments together, while others need more explanation of the theory.

First, as a Math Teacher, my main aim is to encourage students to analyze the problem carefully and find different solutions for one question. This method helps students to choose the easiest way of solution for her/him during the exam and finish it in time. I teach students both ways how to solve questions without a calculator with math tricks, and how to use a calculator more effectively. As you know in the exam there might be non-calculator and calculator papers. Moreover, this ability helps students not only to understand the math subject deeply but also will be very helpful during their adult life. As a Math High-Level and Standard-Level (AA, AI) teacher in IBDP (International Baccalaureate Diploma Program) the part of my teaching also consisted of supervising students’ research projects. Previous research experience in the frame of UNDP (UN Development Program) by that time was very valuable. Being an IB Math Examiner helped me to see the clear picture of students' mistakes done during the solutions. So, I teach students how to show their solutions to get more marks on the exam. Working with British School during this hard time of COVID taught me to be prepared for any challenges, to make decisions in a very short time, to be ready for any daily but very important changes. Teaching online became more interesting by using such helpful math tools as Desmos, GeoGebra, TI 84 Calculator Online, etc. Having teaching experience (Math and Statistics) in one of the top universities of the US (UW-Madison) helped me clearly to see the path of a student from the school bench to the university auditorium. Only by working in both school and university, you can understand what is better to learn for a student to be helpful in the future university years. I have benefitted from Haralambie's clarity in showing the relevance of specific theorems and how they connect with upcoming material. I have learned a lot from our sessions and he marries the conceptual gaps that come up by explaining the ideas and properties very well. Haralambie provides guidance, patience, and context to the topics covered in subjects that are otherwise disorienting. We work together to hammer out a conceptual stump. Tom had given economie lessen to both my children that are on the middle bar school. My kids were lost, going very bad specially in economie and with limited understanding at school lessons. I decided to hire Tom, was difficult to find someone that give lessons to teenagers and that was knowledged. Tom has been with us the last months, my kids began understanding better, getting the point and scoring better at school. Sometimes I could overhear the online lessons or even 'live lessons' when he came home. Tom is great, with lots of patience, straight to the point, know how to explain, never lose the temper. We are very happy and will certainly recommend him. He is very professional and can motivate the students in a very good way. Thanks Tom!

Yogesh has been preparing me for the OMPT-A test for the last few weeks and has clearly explained all the chapters that we have gone through so far. He has prepared slides show for each tutoring lesson, that clearly explained the topic and included mathematical questions which would check my knowledge. He is always opened to feedback and any questions that I may have if I don't understand something. He has also given me additional questions to practice after the lessons to improve my knowledge. Now I feel more prepared and confident that I will pass the test. I would highly recommend him as a tutor.
