Hello, I'm Tiffany! I've been teaching English for about 8 years now. It all started after I left the US to live abroad and has evolved in all types of ways. My approach is nothing pushy, I work with my students to see how they want lessons to go. I encourage my students to work on all points of language not just speaking. So some lessons can be grammar heavy, others we may focus on a light conversation because sometimes we just want to enjoy ourselves! Feedback is given and if it fits for the student homework is always available. *General English Lessons* We'll focus on all skills in these lessons! We'll read short articles, reviews and social media posts... These could be scientific or magazine articles. We'll listen and watch videos on interesting topics, learn different dialects and new words. I also use podcasts to hear how native language sounds in conversation. Grammar will also be a key element of our lessons. We'll analyze the most difficult areas, expanding your grammatical range. Writing is also important. We can look at how to write an email for work, an essay or even a simple sms. And, of course, speaking. We'll focus on your fluency and coherence, as well as expanding your vocabulary. Our topics can range from the pros and cons of living in a city to the future of life on Mars. I work on an interactive platform. You'll also have access to everything we work on during and after lessons on the platform.
