I have taught in schools and privately since graduating from university and have experience teaching students from age 8 to adults. I have also worked in the practice department of Chetham's School of Music. Some of my students go through ABRSM exams whilst others chose other goals or learn just for fun! My lessons balance technical work and warm-ups with learning pieces and even improvisation and playing duets. You can come to your lessons with pieces you would like to learn or together we can decide together what to work on. The length and frequency of lessons are flexible and can be discussed.
