Swimming is a bit like flying, but we are only human beings condemned to walk on the ground. However, an excellent level of confidence in the water and the development of physical skills can free us from the fate of "mere walkers". My name is Francesco, I am a former athlete of the Italian national swimming team and I live in Havana. I swam for many years, competed all over the world, won the European Youth Championship and participated in the World Championship with my national team. I have also coached children of all ages in various swim teams in Italy and taught swimming to brave adults who have since overcome their fear of water.
