Good morning ! My name is Raphaël and I have been at EPFL for 5 years. Graduated with a Bachelor in Mathematics from EPFL, I am a specialist in academic assistance for mathematics and computer science. I have a lot of experience helping and supporting first-year university students, and I have numerous assistantships for the most demanding courses at EPFL (Analysis, Algebra, Geometry, Machine Learning, Analysis Digital etc.). I have accompanied many students during the course and I know the challenges encountered by the students. I carry out real work of reframing and monitoring the student, while ensuring an atmosphere encouraging the student's personal progress. I am currently at Harvard finalizing my Master's thesis, and looking to assist students in Switzerland. My experience : - 9 assistantships for EPFL courses from 1st Year to Master level (Analysis, Algebra, Geometry, Numerical Analysis, Programming, Machine Learning, MAN, etc.). - EPFL assistant training certification. - Experience as a Mentor for 1st Year students (learning monitoring). - Correction and assistance with writing projects and exams for the Machine Learning Master course at EPFL. - Several years of experience in python and C++. My curriculum : - Bachelor in Mathematics from EPFL (5.01/6) - Bachelor thesis (6/6) - Master in Data Science from EPFL (5.4/6) - Master's thesis at Harvard (in progress!) I am very flexible on working conditions and locations, but here are some examples of private lessons: - Online availability on Zoom, I have a tablet and a pen for optimal working conditions. - Directly on the EPFL campus to save you additional transport. - Possibility of working in groups with your friends with different prices. Students of all levels are welcome and of course my help will be adapted according to the needs and objectives of the student.
