I’m a BSc biochemistry graduate with honours from Durham University, and currently a medical student, with the aim to go into cardiothoracic surgery. I have been tutoring for over 5 years now, and have vast experience in teaching biology, english language and literature and geography, particularly online. After gaining As and A*s in my GCSEs and A-levels, I'm confident that I can help you to do the same, whilst utilising my knowledge of various exam board curriculums and what to expect in exams. I understand that everyone learns differently and have previously helped students go from consistent 3s/4s to achieving 7s/8s in their GCSE English exams, and am confident that anyone can do the same with the correct approach and technique. In addition, I have 3 years of experience as a student mentor, helping students to understand their individual learning styles, write personal statements, and prepare for entrance exams.
