My teaching style tries to achieve an open and supportive environment for my students that encourages autonomous learning. This is achieved by incorporating open discussions and positively reinforcing creative and individual thinking. Talking to my students with inquisitive respect results in them feeling comfortable enough to explore tackling questions independently and encourages them to relate to each other with the same respect. I find that by focusing on engagement and student enjoyment, behavioural management is not as needed.

I create tailor-made lessons to suit each student's needs, producing an engaging and creative learning environment. This is done by taking the pedagogical approach of addressing fixed mindsets and working with my students to build up a wide range of soft skills such as vertical deep learning, in addition to hard skill knowledge-based techniques. Patience is another one of my strongest virtues. Endeаvоuring to allow my pupils the time to truly understand new concepts, giving them plenty of thinking room. This may be through simplifying the question or interpreting it as best sorted for their comprehension. I am а strong believer that building good working relationships ensures solidifying the exchange of ideas. Incorporating questions from both below and above my students’ current requirements allows context for solutions.
